About the Job
You will help businesses and organisations get grip on their processes, data and digital roadmap, from intake and analysis on location to guiding teams through change. You translate between business and technology, and you stay until the result is real.
Your Responsibilities
- Run intakes and analyses: map processes, systems and friction
- Translate findings into pragmatic, prioritised roadmaps
- Guide digitalisation and automation projects at clients
- Support adoption: training, change management, follow-up
- Spar with founders and management as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in consulting, operations or business analysis
- You read processes and numbers as easily as people
- Clear, jargon-free communication in Dutch
- Structured and hands-on: you execute what you advise
- Comfortable working directly with business owners and their teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Affinity with ERP/CRM tooling and data questions
- Experience with change management or team adoption
- Financial or accounting background
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics or professional services
- Business or engineering degree or equivalent experience
